Fast Public Record Bot

A clear place to start.

Prepare a free business-profile checklist or sign in to save one privately.

Confirm your email

Create an account, then open the confirmation email in the same browser. Check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Request a free review

Save your checklist, then open Your service requests to request a review and see its status. Include your request reference when contacting support about a review.

Save and reopen your checklist

  1. Sign in and open your business workspace.
  2. Enter public business details, confirm your role and build the checklist.
  3. Select Save to my account. Edits made afterward remain unsaved until you save again.
  4. Return to the workspace to reopen the saved version, or select Download saved checklist for a copy.
  5. To remove the saved copy, select Delete saved checklist and then Confirm permanent deletion. Cancel deletion leaves it saved. Clearing the form only clears this tab.

If another tab saved a newer version, copy your current checklist before reloading. An older tab cannot overwrite or delete that newer saved version. Nothing is sent to Google, and this tool does not verify eligibility or submit a profile.

Prepare your business-profile checklist

Open the free preparation tool. No account is needed. Choose how you serve customers, confirm your role and enter the basic business details. Review the checklist, copy or print it, then use the link to Google to complete its process yourself. Entries stay in the tab and clear on reload; they are not saved to the account pilot. This tool does not submit or verify a profile.

Try the fictional account pilot

  1. Sign in with your assigned synthetic test account.
  2. Open the dashboard, add a fictional record and try its status controls.
  3. Open Discover services and choose the fictional business-profile preparation review.
  4. Choose a scenario, complete the practice review, and prepare the draft.
  5. Save the fictional draft, record its review, then reload to check your history.

Password help

If you are signed in, use Account Settings → Change password. If signed out, use Forgot password. Request and open the newest recovery link in the same browser on the same device. The public HTTPS pilot works on phones as well as computers. If a link points to localhost or 127.0.0.1, it works only on the computer running that local app.

If the email service reports a sending limit, wait for the provider’s limit to clear. Repeated requests do not remove the limit. Never share passwords or reset links in a support message.

Saved changes and account switching

The dashboard loads up to the latest 200 records. If more exist, it shows the account total and explains that search, filters and summary counts cover the loaded list. The private data download includes up to 1,000 records and flags additional entries. A successful save shows confirmation. If saving fails, keep the page open and retry after checking your connection. If your session changed, reload and sign in to the intended account. Sign out before another person uses this computer.

You can download a copy of your pilot profile, fictional records, preparation history and account activity from Account Settings.

Downloads and slow loading

Use Download my pilot data in Account Settings. Wait for the download confirmation, then check your browser’s downloads. If your session ended, sign in again. A failed download does not change your saved data.

The free test host sleeps when unused. Its first page may take about a minute to wake up. Give it time to load before trying again. This free pilot does not promise continuous availability.

Contact support

Email personalrecordsai.support@gmail.com with the page that failed, what action you tried and the visible error. Share fictional examples only. Do not include passwords, verification codes, reset links, account exports, identity documents or real customer information.

This inbox handles pilot questions and account-data requests. A response schedule has not been established.
